Switching on of the Christmas Lights – Thursday 27th November
On Thursday 27th November CTK (Churches Together in Kidlington) will have a presence at the switching on of the lights in Kidlington, come and see us at the stand and look out for the characters from the Christmas Story walking through the crowds and reminding people of the true meaning of the season.
Christmas Wreath Event : Saturday 6 December :10.00am – 1.00pm

This very popular event, led by Stephanie O’Keefe, will take place in St Thomas More Parish Hall.
Tickets must be purchased in advance and will be available after all the Masses, or alternatively you can contact MGilgunn_Jones@hotmail.com or 07768 312106.
Payment can be made in cash or via the DONA payment system at the front entrance – select “fundraising” and then enter the amount (£30).
Tickets: £30 (includes all materials and refreshments).

This is one of the Parish’s major fundraising events.
First Prize: £150 cash
Second Prize: Luxury Hamper
Plus many more exciting prizes!
Raffle tickets are available now — please pick up a book or two to sell to family and friends.
Books of 5 tickets at £1 per ticket.
The draw will take place on Sunday 14 December in the Parish Hall at 12.30pm.
Refreshments and a sandwich lunch will be provided.
Return all counterfoils, monies, and unsold tickets to the Churches or the Parish House by 13 December.
Your generous donations of Raffle Prizes would be much appreciated.
These can be left in the box provided in the Parish Hall.

With mulled wine and mince pies on Sunday 21 December following the 11.00 Mass in the Parish Hall.

Churches Together in England is the national ecumenical organisation supporting and encouraging churches from a wide range of traditions to work together in unity.
Churches Together in Kidlington (CTK)
In Kidlington, representatives from St Thomas More, the Anglican churches, Kidlington Methodists and Kidlington Baptists meet together regularly and organise joint services and activities over the year.

The Ecumenical Fellowship Meal – Wednesday 21st, Baptist Church
The Ecumenical Fellowship Meal will be held on Wednesday, 21st at the Baptist Church. This is a bring and share meal and a great chance to meet those from the other churches.
The speaker will be Emma Worrall from Open Doors, a charity that supports persecuted Christians around the world
